Then I’ll have some awesome recipes for you, which do not only taste good but also are healthy! I’m sure you don’t feel hungry after these 🙂 This will be the first post in the new collection called “bye-bye holiday pounds”. Banana Egg Pancakes
I’m sure that most of you already know this but I just have to take this in here too because it is one of the easiest and most delicious breakfasts ever!! It’s so easy that even my dad (who’s not a good cook) can do it for me 😀
What you need:
I just use these ingredients but if you want you can apply milk or anything else like cinnamon or chocolate chips to them.
Just munch the banana so that all pieces are pretty small and creamy. After that just add the eggs and stir it until it has a viscous consistency. Pour some oil (a pea-sized amount is enough) in the hot pan and then give the dough to it and wait until it is brown on one side then flip it over to the other. And you’re done!! You can add some blueberries, raspberries or some maple syrup or anything else you desire.
I mostly eat blueberries and maple syrup with my pancakes 🙂
Fruity Granola Yoghurt
The seond recipe I am going to present you is as simple as the first one! It’s perfect for those days when you want something crunchy between your teeth but it should still be creamy.
What you need:
150g plain yoghurt or greek yoghurt
30g fruits like mango, berries, etc.
Of course you can adjust these as you like 🙂
Fill in the yogurt first and layer the granola on top of it and at the end you can sprinkle the fruits you want on top.
